The Soviet Katyusha was a mobile rocket artillery system that had a powerful psychological and tactical impact during World War II. Mounted on trucks such as the ZiS-6, it fired salvos of rockets in rapid succession, saturating enemy positions with explosive fire. While less accurate than traditional artillery, the Katyusha excelled at delivering overwhelming bombardments that disrupted formations, destroyed equipment, and shattered morale. First used in 1941, it became a key part of Soviet offensive operations, allowing the Red Army to quickly strike and relocate before enemy counterfire. Its distinctive launch sound earned it a fearsome reputation among German troops and made the Katyusha one of the most iconic weapons of the war.

This is the Russian version of motorised artillery and it does pack a punch. While it lacks some of the anti armour capabilities for traditional shells, it rains down destruction on it's enemies. As well as getting out standard artillery rules with this purchase, we will send you the new card with the special rules for this very special unit.
