This box set includes 3x sd kfz 7's and 3x 88mm guns.

Motorised artillery in the Deutsches Afrikakorps was built for mobility and fire support, using vehicles like the Sd.Kfz. 7 to tow heavy guns such as the 8.8 cm Flak 18/36/37/41.

These units could be rapidly repositioned to support advancing forces or form strong defensive lines. The 88mm gun was especially valued for its versatility, effective against both aircraft and armoured targets at long range.

In tabletop wargames, motorised artillery provides powerful long-range support and anti-tank capability, but is vulnerable if exposed. Mobility allows it to redeploy as the battle shifts.

Within an army, it serves as a key support element—covering advances, anchoring defences, and strengthening anti-armour capability alongside frontline units.
