British Bofors AA Gun - Battery

The British Bofors 40 mm anti-aircraft gun was one of the most effective and widely used air-defense weapons of World War II. Originally of Swedish design, it was adopted and produced in large numbers by Britain to counter low-flying enemy aircraft. The Bofors combined a high rate of fire, good accuracy, and reliable performance, making it especially effective against dive-bombers and strafing aircraft.
